Welcome to Primm & Proper Custom Tattoos and Piercings. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, website, and engaging with us. By booking an appointment or accessing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility:
   • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive tattoos or piercings, in compliance with state and local laws.
   • Valid government-issued ID is required for all appointments.

1. Consultations:
   • We encourage consultations to discuss tattoo designs, piercing preferences, and any specific needs before booking an appointment.

1. Health and Safety:
   • Clients must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., allergies, skin sensitivities, or blood disorders) that may impact the procedure.
   • We reserve the right to decline services if it poses a health risk to the client or our staff.

1. Booking and Payments:
   • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with adequate notice of rescheduling (minimum 48 hours).
   • The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   • Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
   • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

1. Design Ownership:
   • Custom tattoo designs created by our artists remain their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon.
   • Clients are not permitted to use or reproduce designs without written permission.

1. Piercing Services:
   • Piercing prices are based on the type and number of piercings, as outlined on our Piercings Page.

1. Aftercare:
   • Proper aftercare is crucial for healing. Clients will receive aftercare instructions at the time of their appointment, and downloadable instructions are available on our Aftercare Page.

1. Client Responsibility:
   • Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.
   • We are not liable for complications arising from failure to adhere to these instructions or improper care.

1. Artist Discretion:
   • Artists may decline designs that are offensive, inappropriate, or beyond the scope of their expertise.

1. Limitations of Liability:
   • Primm & Proper is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or personal negligence.

• Tattoo Services: Refunds are not provided for tattoo services; touch-ups may be offered at the artist's discretion.
• Piercing Services: Piercing fees are non-refundable.

1. Content Ownership:
   • All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Primm & Proper and is protected by copyright laws.

1. External Links:
   • Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
