A Legacy of Passion and Dedication
Our story began with a shared love for tattoos and piercings, bringing together Ron and Deb, their daughter Lela Underwood, and her fiancé Kenny Primmer. After Kenny’s passing in 2020, we were determined to keep Primm & Proper open as a tribute to his passion, honoring his creative spirit in every tattoo and piercing we create. At Kenny's funeral, we met Cristian Delgado, who said, "I want to help you out." From that moment, Cristian became an integral part of our journey, and the rest is history.
Today, our team carries forward this legacy with a steadfast dedication to quality and a personal touch, ensuring every piece of art we craft is as unique and meaningful as the clients we serve.
